How to use this manual

This manual documents the accounting portal as it exists in the source code. It explains what each menu displays, every user-facing input, available actions, validations, status changes, and ledger impact. Use it for onboarding, daily operations, control review, and user acceptance testing.

Core scope rule. Accounting work requires an active company and active branch. Transactions, accounts, vouchers, ledgers, periods, parties, and operational records are restricted to that context. Company-wide bank configurations may be visible inside each branch of the same company.
Configure master data → Open fiscal period → Enter or generate draft → Submit/approve → Post → Review ledger and reports → Reconcile → Close period
